2. When the copper valve is delivered from the factory, in order to ensure the elasticity of the packing, the pressure test under static conditions shall prevail. After the valve is installed in the pipeline, external leakage may occur due to factors such as temperature. At this time, the nuts on both sides of the pressure relief valve packing gland should be tightened in time. As long as it does not leak, external leakage will occur later Tighter, don't die tight at one time, otherwise the packing will lose its elasticity and seal performance.
3. Some copper valve packings are filled with molybdenum disulfide grease. When used for several months, the corresponding lubricating grease should be added in time. When it is found that the filler needs to be added, the corresponding filler should be added in time to ensure its sealing performance.
